ROMEO ADVANCED ACADEMY

Vision

To produce graduates who can not only build and reason about AI systems, but lead their responsible adoption — engineers, consultants, researchers, security professionals, and sports practitioners who shape the technology rather than be shaped by it.

Mission

Romeo Advanced Academy delivers integrated, university-grade AI training and credentialing. We combine technical depth, business judgement, research method, security discipline, and applied sport AI — for professionals and organisations that need real capability, not awareness theatre.

Origin

The Academy comes from a pattern Romeo has seen repeatedly in client engagements. By 2026, the gap between organisations that deploy AI well and those that don't is rarely about awareness or technology access. It is about capability — the ability to deploy AI strategically, to govern it well, and to do the practitioner work that turns AI from a pilot into operating practice.

The professionals who can close that gap are scarce. The existing training market does not produce enough of them. And the existing credentialing market does not yet help employers tell them apart from less-prepared peers. Romeo Advanced Academy is the response.

Our values

The team

Romeo Warsi — Founder, CEO, and Chief Academic Officer

Romeo is a senior cybersecurity, compliance, and management consultant with more than two decades of practice across financial services, public sector, and industrial work. The Academy is a standalone venture led by Romeo, drawing on this depth of practical engagement but operating as an independent institution.

Sherry Warsi — Supporting Staff

Sherry provides operational capacity through the launch period — document control, project coordination, vendor management, and brand consistency.

Faculty and advisors

The Academy operates on a tiered faculty model. Core faculty are responsible for programme architecture, lead teaching, and quality assurance. Practising faculty — working consultants, engineers, researchers, and security professionals — deliver specific modules. Industry mentors supervise capstones. Recruitment is underway through 2026, with the founding faculty cohort announced before the December 2026 public launch.

The Academy is supported by two advisory bodies: an Academic Advisory Council of senior figures from European universities and frontier labs, and an Industry Advisory Board of senior practitioners across the five paths.

Strategic position

Romeo Advanced Academy sits in the premium institutional segment of the AI education market — above bootcamps and online platforms in depth and credential weight, and below top-tier university executive programmes in price and time commitment. Across the five paths, no major competitor offers the same coherence under one roof.
